Directions from the Long Island Expressway (LIE):

Take Exit 53 (Sagtikos Pkwy) North towards Sunken Meadow Park.  Take the last exit before the toll SM5w (25a) west towards Huntington.  Go approximatly 3 miles and 1019 cafe will be on the right hand side in the North Fort Town Plaza.
